Dear Mr Mudumela

The below e-mail trail refers.

Mrs Willemse has still not received payment nor has there been any contact from UIF. It has now been 426 days since she applied for UI benefits.

According to Ufiling the application is still with the paymaster since 20 September 2022 - THAT IS 29 WORKING DAYS.

Since nobody from UIF or DEL attempted to contact Mrs Willemse we assume everything is in order and we can therefore only deduce that the UIF Commissioner and staff is being spiteful, malicious and vindictive!

Up to now this issue has been withheld from Minister Nxesi (or at least that is how it would seem), but since the DG and Commissioner is not interested in delivering on their mandate, I am of the firm opinion that this issue needs the Minister's URGENT PERSONAL attention! It is afterall him that is going to feature prominently in the media (even though for the WRONG reasons).
