Good morning

I am writing this message as concern with the rise of COVID and the kids are at home we don't have water where I stay these no communication whatsoever about what's going we are struggling a lot without water. This is a basic need so how live our daily lives like this. Please help us. I stay at Emfuleni municipality I know this is a problematic place but we don't deserve this are approaching Christmas time. I even tried to phone their offices no one is answering them.
