Honorable Minister,

I have been attempting to get an update on my wife's spousal visa application, applied in April 2021, I have been emailing the primary contact center AND various staff members just for an update/eta on the matter since 20th September. I have had absolutely zero response from any person to date.

I am writing to ask you how this can be considered acceptable in 2021 to not respond to genuine queries in the first place but secondly for a simple renewal that has a normal turnaround of 8-12 weeks to still not be finalised some 28 weeks later.

I am reaching out to you in the hope that you will be able to look into the matter and have it dealt with in the appropriate manner with some urgency.
