I hope this message finds you well. I apologise for the inconvenience, but I find myself in a situation where I am unable to find any answers despite seeking assistance and numerous attempts.

Your expertise would be greatly appreciated in helping me (and others) resolve this issue.

Issue:

Applied for a smart ID on the 4th of December 2023 and am still waiting. I talk to a home affairs officer at least 3 times a week and hear the same phrase “I notified the department to escalate the case”, yet there has been no progress?
