I'm on my knees for some sort of assistance. I've had no power for a week today 18/09/2021

I have logged calls after calls to Ekurhuleni to please come and sort out my power. My wife has even asked our ward councilors to please assist and no one has bothered to assist. I have lost 70% of my Marine fish. We all know that Marine stock is very expressive. I can't keep buying take outs every night for dinner. I'm on my knees to you please assist me in getting Ekurhuleni to come and fix there faulty poll that throws out sparks and tripping my power at home. I can't do another day with out power I have kids to take care of.
