Sir, everything in your department is very, very, very slow. I have now applied for my ID Card for the 3rd time and it is already past the due date (again). The Stellenbosch office is permanently engaged and the call centre does not answer either. I have sent email to your call centre, but I do not expect anything, based on my experience. Your department waste everybody's money and you make it difficult to stay polite.
