Dear Honourable Nzimande

I am writing to you as my daughter Ayesha Kippie, student number 3572674 and a resident from Bonteheuwel has completed her BSc degree (Medical Bioscience) at the University of the Western Cape. She cannot graduate and her certificate is withheld due to outstanding fees. Due to NSFAS not able to help, we are trying to pay it off. She even paid for her attire and now not able to graduate which is so unfortunate. She also needs her certificate as she feels she is too young and has applied at the University of Witwatersrand to do her MBBCH degree where she still needs to do her WAPT test for the GEMP programme in Sept.

I am appealing to you to intervene.
