Dear Minister.

We are on and off without electricity in the Olifantsnek, Rustenburg area. We cannot get answers from eskom. Calls are being logged but still no power or answers. Transformers was reported stolen and 2 months nothing has been done about that. We cannot get through to the proper people. We have elderly people in the area that needs care and we cannot assist without electricity or water for hours on end. Can you please assist as this is not a new matter its been going on for quite a while now.
