Good day Mr Steenhuizen, You say you get things done. I am a 68 year old woman with ill health. Since last thursday night 7pm the electricity in our home went off. It is a week now and nothing has been done. Hundreds of rands worth of calls to the call centre have had no effect. They have come and opened it and flicked the switch back on but it keeps on tripping so its a more serious problem than flicking a switch. I have heart problems lung problems eyesight problems and osreo arthritis i cannot live like this in the dark ages. Where is the respect for the elderly obviously no respect. To bide time for themselves they say oh the rates account is in arreas. We have concrete proof that they have never been in arreas they get paid every month plus more.
