I am utterly disgusted that after 53 yrs of paying taxes and being a DA supporter.i cannot obtain a plastic id card as i was not born in SA.
I HAVE BEEN A RADIO AND TV PERSONALITY FOR MANY YEARS.AS WELL AS BUILDING AND OWNING 6 RADIO STATIONS THROUGHOUT AFRICA.
I ALSO SERVED UNDER JAY NAIDOO AS A MEMBER OF THE STAKEHOLDERS COMMITEE TO WRITE THE BROADCAST ACT..

two teir government maybe
