Dear Deputy Minister for the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy.

I sold my fuel station in East London, Eastern Cape in 2021.I surrendered the Retail Licence to the buyer in December 2021.5 months have passed now without the buyer 's Retail Licence been issued.

This delay has a negative ripple effect on my financial situation as the buyer must first submit the Retail Licence in his entity name before the funding is released by the Funding Institution.

To let the 1st 2 weeks of June 2022 pass by without this been resolved ,I will lose all assets I have worked hard for .
Please help with the speedy approval and issuing this new Retail Licence .
