Good day Minister i need help with a new account .I asked eskom to install prepaid instead of the billing system which im being denied im a pensioner I can't afford post paid I rally need your intervention my Minister already eskom is charging me for the line over 700 rands adding the bill it will be worse I won't be able to buy food im from walkerville.
