Good day Honorable Ms. R N Capa
I hope you are still well and keeping safe.
I am really impressed with you as you represent the people in the National Assembly. I came to know you by following Parliamentary TV on SABC during the hard lockdown.
Dear Madame I am from the Free State in Mangaung, I applied for CIS Scheme in 2015, and till now our cooperative Njabulo Hospitality and Events Or in Coop was not assisted, we were forced to filed a complaint with the Office of PP in 2018 due to this.
The NDSBD have failed us numerous times, including DESTEA (SBD) under the leadership of our fellow cadres.
Our journey started in 2015 till 2019 until this day, this have killed the dreams of blacks by blacks namely our fellow cadres in the FS Government.
I was still in my youth mid 30's when I convinced my fellow partners to start a cooperative now am almost 42 years of age, our dream to one day compete against our fellow whites came to an end even before it was realized.
I have all the evidence after all the years, Me and one of my partners studied Culinary Arts Cooking and Pastries that was funded by the NDoT ( Department of Tourism) in 2012 and graduated in 2016. With the hope to one day own our own B&B or Hotel.
I have realized that our own are killing a black child's dreams.
" It always seems impossible until it's done " late Pres. Mandela said
I thank you.
Siyabonga. Hon. Ms RN Capa
