Dear Mr. Hlengwa [MP]: I am a Phd-student in the Police Science component of the College of Law, UNISA, and my studies focus on safety from crime on Metrorail trains with specific emphasis on the Cape Town. I require to have informal discussion with you on the current state of PRASA and will use this opportunity in brief to explain the role that the old SAP and later SAPS played in the arriving at the current point where there is little left of PRASA.
