Strangely, I was left to fight the battle on my own... through no less than five (5)...High Court appearances including Appeals and Constitutional Court.

When I first approached the High Court, I was informed that the then Minister of Rural Dev and Land Affairs will not get involved. Even when these Trustees Elect were on the brink of being appointed. I had to make an urgent application at the eleventh hour.

Justice prevailed at the end...
