Please help me get James Ngwenya a renewed passport. He has a green ID book, his old passport is expired, his naturalization papers are all in order. He has a tax number. He has a bank account, his ID is cleared. His wife has a green ID book. But he is turned down when he goes to HA because an old ID on the system apparently blocks the process of obtaining a passport. Do those working there want a bribe. Please help.
