May i please plead with you to have a look into the issue of Naturalization!?

I've no intention of holding you busy reading a very long message but I'll make it short...
I had applied for Citizenship since 2019 and it has been approved 2022,I had attended INDUCTION Ceremony as part of Requirements but since then till now still waiting for the Certificate;
Backlog for Ceremony!!!
Yes Dear Sir you heard me right;with all due respect, there's a big Backlog for Naturalization Ceremony, more than 2years of uncertainties now! And that is affecting the freedom of my movements... I believe you'll tackle this problem.
