I'm gonna try to be specific while trying to make you understand my frustration.

To be short, I had applied for Naturalization since 2019; it has been approved in 2022; I had attended the INDUCTION Ceremony as part of Requirements but up until now I've never been handed the Certificate; According to the department,the Certificate will be handed over to me in a Ceremony and it seems like thar Ceremony is taking years to come... we have seen the new leadership tackling biggest and complicated issues but when will the Citizenship Ceremony held??? Is there Backlogs on Ceremony???
