Good day, Minister
Hopefully this gets through to someone, because after a year, numerous emails, money lost, money stolen and so many unanswered visits to local branches there still is no answer.
A year ago I applied for a name change, paid all the fees, given wrong information, money paid and money flushed down the drain. Numerous visits to my local branch (time taken off from work, money lost for those days). The complete and utter imcompetence of a public entity is absolutely mind blowing. How do I follow up and get this done, if no one I have spoken to till today has remotely even the minimal skills or even the minimal amount of effort to actually attempt to assist me in finding out what is actually going on? Normal answer is constant, which is remarkable "come back and check later again". . .
You push for upgrades, improvements and better service delivery, which is commendable, but your department wants to fly when they can't even comprehend the basics of their A,B,C.
So please inform me how do I go about getting this done, after a year. No answer, no change, can't apply for a new ID, passport, nothing! Everything is on hold due to a department who genuinely has no empathy or even a remote concern of the actual impact they have on those they have taken a position to serve. Even your contact details, your official websites contact details delivers no results. Give me a simple direct answer, when will this be done? Or do I just let it go, pay AGAIN for nothing to happen again?
Regards
