I'm in need of your help Mr Bheki Cele . My sister went missing on the 2nd of April 2020 and her car was found burnt at Molweni cemetery at Durban. No arrest have been made infact no progress have been as we are still waiting for DNA results to come back as there were human remains found inside the car. I'm disappointed in the justic system and how the police have been made. Its been 4 months now still no results and no arrest have been made.
I'm pleading and begging u to please help us. Please come to durban and help us out we're in need of your assistance maybe just maybe progress will be made.
