I write to you once again to formally report my ongoing matter involving the Rand Mutual Assurance (RMA). Despite multiple attempts to escalate this issue through your ministerial office, I regret to inform you that no meaningful progress has been made.

RMA continues to disregard several critical correspondences, including a doctor's referral letter that warranted a timely response. I have made considerable efforts to engage your office directly, believing that had this matter reached you personally, it would likely have been resolved by now.

It has become increasingly evident that certain officials within your department are unwilling to attend to my case. As such, I am left with no alternative but to communicate with you through this public platform in the hope that it will prompt the necessary attention and intervention.

I remain committed to resolving this matter constructively and respectfully, and I trust that your leadership will ensure accountability and responsiveness.
