Good day, i m vuyokazi magudu.i did apply cape town homeaffairs for my late birthcertificate it was 06.04.2018. Still i waiting for phone call. I did go last of yesterday but they say wait for call. I m very sick i eat tablets, i got children they also dont hv birthcertificate.i got HIV even doctors Didn't want to help me without my id. They didn’t give me medication. I stress about that total 5 times i did go capetown office still they said wait. I think may be they forget Abbot me.please please sir help me please😭😭😭 only for my children.
