Please can you help me with my daughters ID application. We have been applying for her ID at Pietermaritzburg, Kzn Home Affairs two years now and no success. My child is writing her matric trial exams and has been accepted at University but still we cannot get her ID at Home Affairs. They keep saying there is a problem and they cannot track her application for two years. Please minister, i can fail at anything in my life but i cannot fail at my children's education. I am desperate, please help us to get my daughters ID. I have emailed your office and i am Praying that i get a response. I don't know where else to turn at this point. Please
