Since you were in Kenya at Kisumu with Horn,Baba and Horn,Uhuru,my plea to you is can you tell me how we can save my county kassarani,near capital Nairobi from cabbage collection coz my estate is very very dirty and filthy,roads are impassable due to hawks every where,bodaboda raiders flock the places and dirt which causes diseases and yet our county government are silent with the sound of corruption and our churches show deaf ears for a long time.
