I come here as an asylum seeker who has been in SA for the past 14 years.I went to Durban University of Technology and graduated as Technician engineer in Mechatronics.I am traditionally married to an SA lady and we have two beautiful boys 11 years old and 10 years old.I work in a company that deals with industrial hydraulics:Turnkey Hydraulics.
My question is:Don't I qualify to a permanent residence visa in SA?
