Dear good sir Bheki Cele, minister of Police (SAPS)

Thank you for your very public presence everywhere that it matters. It was especially appreciated during the lockdown when you personally patrolled the beaches in the Western Cape, predominantly those of the privileged whites, who are the biggest problem group in SA when it come to crime.

Through this letter I would like to draw your attention to an occurance on the plain of Mitchell in Cape Town, where a group of vigilantes handed out their righteous judgement and sentence on some thieves that they captured, questioned (at least, otherwise their justice would have been wholly unjust and unjustified), convicted, sentenced and administered the death penalty to in a way that you and your party would not have been abe to concieve. The ANC is anti the death penalty, yet the citizens that you serve (Not we that serve you!) are beyond frustration as far as how far crime is out of control concerned.

Under your watch sir: You failed the police force as commisioner. You have failed us as minister. You have failled all South Africans. In all other countries, besides China, North Vietnam, etc, “leaders” of such like of you, would have stepped down from their appointment as leader.

Sir, for once in your life, don’t you want to do the right thing? Please just step down down as minister of police. Please. And on your way out, ask your best friend, Cyril Ramaphosa, to leave with you. Then, have a nice braai somewhere on a beach in SA before the COVID Criminal Council closes them again.

Lovingly yours sincerely
