Would it be possible for you to request the Covid Committee to allow libraries to be re-opened. Not for research or for studying but simply selecting and borrowing books to read at home.

On top of the covid stay at home regulation, which we all understand, we now have Eskom load shedding, which limits all our electronic activities. Many nights we can not even watch the news. It would be greatly appreciated, I am sure by many.
