Could somebody kindly assist Mtubatuba Municipality. Save for terrible service delivery their accounts are a total mess. As a law biding citizen, I would like to pay my Municipal rates account. I struggle to get an account. If I get it after months, it does not reflect payments made by me. It is a total nightmare.
