Dear Mr Steenhuisen

Certain parts of Horison Roodepoort has been without electricity since last week Sunday 15 January. Other mss has been repaired, ones that was damaged after ours. Yesterday there was a team at ours but left as the one that was supposed to be for our area was given to another.

I do not understand how the priority works. Surely if yours was vandalized first then you should be getting the first to repair.

Highly frustrating DA area and member.
