Mr minister I'm truly sorry for sending this email all Im asking is help for my family it is been years since home affairs failing to assist us when ever we go to home affairs they say the cant help us .we have been in several home affairs but no help sir we are desperate for help aspecially my uncle his already old he can't apply for old age grant because he doesn't have an identity card he is 74 years and he is sick .even at the hospitals they can't help him because of id sir all I'm asking is to get help for him to get identity card .sir we will highly appreciate your help just to help us the poors it is been years we tried venternes home affairs , Garankuwa homeaffairs then Pretoria home affairs I didn't have options that's where I decided to write you a short emial please sir help my uncle his name is Hendrick sekati the condition he lives in will make you wonder why he was not getting help
