I trust you well and keeping safe in these uncertain times Sir.

I am going to try to keep this short and brief as I possibly can.

I am sending you this email in light of the recent statistics I heard today regarding the crime rate in South Africa.

I could not help but try to reach out to you due to events my family and I are currently experiencing over more than a year regarding Estate Fraud. This is such a common issue Sir and as a citizen I have to say we been feeling quite helpless in regards to following the law and doing everything right but still not getting any justice.

I wish I could explain in words the lack of discipline and desire within SAPS to ensure justice when evidence and facts are presented . It is almost impossible at times to stay righteous as a citizen.

In this way- lawyers find a way to take more advantage of the situation and charge clients rates which a average citizen could not possibly afford, leaving alot of citizens not being able to still fight for their right to inheritance.

The system is broken and can only be built based on examples set . Once you Sir set standards within SAPS that cannot be disregarded , officers will be forced to follow principles and ethics to help those who feel helpless. I humbly request you use this specific case to set example for those who think of attempting Estate Fraud.

My case is like a Movie Sir . It's been miserable and I speak my heart out so you understand the pain and unease I feel for my dear mum and family.

This case relates to the sad demise of my elder brother who passed without a will . Unfortunately his partner and her family forged a will , fraudulently changed beneficiaries of policies to herself and did much more all for the purpose of inheritance.

Right now Sir. We have proved the will to be forged , we received emails confirming fraudulent activities relating to the policies from these companies. Infact old mutual has opened a case against her in their personal capacity. With all this and one year later, still no justice Sir.

We have not had a chance to mourn my beloved brother and I speak wholeheartedly when I say we need your help for justice. I know there is alot of cases out there. But Sir this is a matter of one's livelihood. This is a matter of one that did everything for the purpose of inheritance but still is free of consequence.

This is a common issue Sir and one can only feel helpless knowing how you can have all the evidence and facts but still cannot find justice.

My only hope is for you to call out these officers on making sure we get justice and not be persuade by bribe and money and forget about the impact it will have on one's livelihood.
