Hi there, could we please have clarification of the ammendment to the rule of movement if children during the lockdown.
My sisters son (8 years old) went to his dad just before lockdown as schools closed and was supposed to return to his mum by the 3rd of April but due to lockdown stayed with his dad. His dad refused to accept calls from my sister so for 3 weeks she had no contact with her son and it was taking a toll on her so when the ammendment came into effect she was overjoyed only to realise she has no court order or approved parenting plan signed by the court, only recommendations report that she has been adhering to for the passed 18 months ... so she approached her lawyer and managed to get a court order in place with extracts from the parenting plan in the court order stating he must stay with her 1 week and with his father 1 week .. this was done on the 8th of April but his dad still wanted to keep him for the easter weekend and collect him only on Monday 3pm which my sister said is fine. With this new amendment does this allow children to be moving every week between the parents or now that she has him and his dad is supposed to collect him next week Monday, is he supposed to to stay here for the duration of the lockdown and go back to parenting plan after lockdown the 20th April
