*MOUTSE VS UNDOCUMENTED FOREIGNERS*

The issue of undocumented foreign nationals who flock into Moutse needs urgent attention from the authorities.It can't be a coincidence that the more of these illegal foreigners we habour in our area the crime rate soars.Most of these people come to work in farms and end up renting rooms in the area,the problem starts when we allow them to stay in our midst when we know nothing about them or who they are...maybe they are fugitives in their countries and they are hiding here and the authorities allow it.

A few years ago at Mošate wa Ntwane it was resolved that all the foreign nationals who stay in Ntwane must go to the tribal authority office to register(Data) and be Documented but now it seems everyone has forgotten about that resolution.
We call upon Mošate to exercise its authority as the custodians of these homelands to take decisive action against anyone found to be renting a room or a house against foreign nationals who are not registered 'captured'with Mošate.Nowhere in the world will you find such lawlessness,Cogtha ,Home affairs and Foreign Affairs departments continue to fail us when it comes to regulation of foreigners and it has now become a huge problem as our children are kidnapped and murdered allegedly by these illegal foreigners.

We don't want to see a scenario where communities go on a whitch hunt and chase out foreigners but if the authorities are folding their arms and not doing what they are supposed to do the community will end up taking the law into their own hands.The recent killing of three children in Dennilton allegedly by a Malawian national has put fuel to fire and it's only a matter of time before we witness mayhem and bloodshed as communities will be trying to protect themselves.
