I am 69 years old and come from Germany. I wanted to pick up my visa in Cape Town yesterday, which can be picked up without an appointment. Last year I went to Vfs and picked it up without any problems. This time I was supposed to wait outside the building for a number. Unfortunately I didn't get one. Now I'm turning to you and asking how I can get my visa, which is ready for collection. I'm a bit confused. Kind regards, J.Walter
