I'm requesting EFF assistance, I work for Kusile project for 14 years and i was rechreched or terminated on the 14 April 2022 due to operational requirements.
The Eskom and Stefanutti stocks the hold the position .
I tried to go to ccma and ccma ruled that they don't have jurisdiction to lesson to my case ,I must go to Small court claim or labour .
I wrote several emails to Eskom Executives and I didn't get any response
