I have an issue that I need help with,I am a single mother who lives in witbank

I have an issue with a guy who is selling infront of my yard,his wife assaulted my 6 year old daughter,second the guy himself assaulted my son in the house while I was at work I opened a case and I need help for the guy to be removed and sell at his place but I'm receiving no help since the guy is a CPF member and he refuse to move and his shack is a hiding place for thugs because late at night you will hear people firing guns there,

In the morning people who goes early to work are complaining that the are guys who sit there watching them.

Please help my case is urgent and I fail to understand how councillor will side with this Zimbabwean guy just because he is a CPF member
