I am a retired person living in Norway that has been returning to ZA since 2016 on longer stays exceeding 3 months to visit family.
The requirements to obtain retired persons visas are excessively stringent and all encompassing for all nations regardless of the circumstances. In addition, one has to travel to the embassy in the capital to present the documentation in person. We are in the process of applying for new visas and I am sure this process can easily be simplified.
Also the computer sytem HA is currently using is incredibly complex to navigate. I was told in CT office that this is an Indian designed computer system used by many countries worldwide. This needs serious looking at. We spent many wasted hours in the CT office trying navigate this system to get extensions to visas
