I need help regarding my aunt she is 66 old woman who was brutally attacted by her grandson she then lost her speech due to the knock on her head and few months later they amputated her leg ontop of it in the situation she is n he still abused and mistreated her no one reported the matter his still walking free outside he needs to be punished and now no one is prepared to look after her so they put her in a home. What can be done about this
