Dear Fatima,
We are in desperate need of help to get our children’s passports.
We applied for renewal in September 2017 at the South African
Consulate in Dubai.
We applied for 3 passports, one has arrived.
I have emailed and called whoever I can in South Africa and Dubai
and no one can tell us where our passports are? We applied 7
months in advance. Last month the children’s passports expired and
we are living in a foreign country with no valid passports. The
South African Consulate is not concerned or helping us in any way.
Please we are desperate to get our children’s passports.
