Would like to know why Mr Singabakho Nxumalo is allowed to publicly tell the nation that there are no lifers under Van Wyk/Van Vuuren still incarcerated when there is thousands of our family members who qualified years ago but are being given unnecessary further profiles for programs they have done.Others have been waiting for their feedbacks for years now.What happened to the country where we are governed by the same Constitution?Why is taxpayers money wasted on long rehabilitated lifers that supposed to be released?Is someone benefiting financially by keeping overdue lifers in South African prisons?As their families why are we victimised by sending us from pillar to post when we enquire about their release?The professionals that assess lifers profiles are undermined by the NCCS and Minister because you would find a profile gets recommendation from CMC,Area Commissioner,Parole Board and when it gets to NCCS it gets further profile of 24 months or not Approved by Minister and yet the offender has completed all acquired programs.Why are we as families feel victimised by the way the whole release process is favouring certain people.
