I have recently read the DA report (dated 4/1/22) on the exposure of ANC cadre being deployed to senior positions in Government/Judiciary.
Is the DA going to leave the position like this or is it feasible to launch a court challenge citing the ruling in the Mlokoti vs Amathole District Municipality 2009 case....
This ruling is against a decision taken by an ANC select committee to appoinbt a "favourite" but has been completely ignored by post ANC practice......Possible to resurrect this ruling from E Cape High Court?
