I listened and studied the Ministers Budget speech, and I have the follow question which I really would appreciate some clarity. I am hoping that you would be able to assist us.

SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL MILITARY VETERANS’ ASSOCIATION, SANMVA, CONFERENCE – The Minister stated “the South African National Military Veterans Associations (SANMVA), holds its elective conference.” May the Minister please:
a. Confirm by when this will be done
b. Give reasons why this has been delayed for years
c. That there is budget set aside for the SANMVA Member Organisations to hold their elective conferences to appoint representatives.
