I will be highly appreciative , if you can address the challenges experienced by ward councilors .

On numerous occasions ABM, War Room chairpersons as well as ward councilors have requested the attendance of Home Affairs at War Room meetings, to date we have no representation at these meetings.

Every month , at these meetings we are faced with challenges experienced by residents and we need responsible people to guide them on the process .

Your urgent attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated
