Good morning Minister General Bheki Cele

I trust that you are well? Minister I would like to compliment you on your appointment as the new Minster of Police. We trust that you will be at your best in executing your duties. Minister I am from a civil rights group called UPASA "United Police Association of South Africa" . Our objective is to rally behind our police and help create a healthy relationship between ordinary South Africans and our law enforcement officers.

Minster we would like to build a relationship with you and be able to have access to your office to put forward our suggestions and be a independent voice other than the two unions that currently serving and representing members. Working together can and will take our country forward. We also want to be a voice of private security. We are not a union but rather a civil rights group.
