Dear Minister
Please note that the Military Veterans Act 18 of 2011 Section Section 25 Mandates the Minister to consult with the Advisory Council on Military Veterans when a regulation affecting their rights benefits or entitlements or their dependents is to be made under any law. This means that the voices of those directly affected are heard in the regulatory process. This was not done up to so far and by the way no roadshow was ever done by the DMV to communicate with veterans and to ensure that we understand the implications of this regulations.
Therefore Honourable Minister this Regulations have been done outside the prescripts of the law unless if your office of the DMV can confirm with proof that the letter of the law was followed before we arrived here

Our appeal is that please do things properly and lawfully this process is harmful to military Veterans and it will come to bite you if not corrected
