I am Mehlolo Godfrey Ngobeni and would like to report a case of corruption within the South African Human Rights Commission.

I have lodged a complaint on 3rd June 2024 and still do not have a reference number. All what I am getting is frivolous advices from officials who does not want to reveal their names. I also received an email advice from Ms Harriette Buga which she claims it was not meant for me upon telephonic confrontation.

The issue here is about my fundamental human rights which were violated by the South African Reserve Bank (SARB). I was dismissed for a mental condition after a psychological report was ignored by the SARB.

It is prohibited by our law for an employee to be dismissed for any condition that is stipulated under section 187 (1) (f) of the Labour Relations Act.

This is just a nutshell as I have a lot to reveal.

I will really appreciate your assistance in this matter.
