My name is Ntombifuthi from Ekurhuleni I'm writing this email on behalf of Mbulelo Owen Shai complain about the service of police. He was engulfed in Dunswart 1997 by the people of who was on UDM rally and he reported this accident in Dunswart police station until now we didn't get any respond to the police please minister help us.
