Dear Honorable Minister Motshekga.

I write to you with a broken heart, I know of two boys who matriculated in 2016 from Hikhensile high school in Giyani with a very good marks(Bachelor). This two boys are coming from a very poor family and they are excelling in mathematicians and science.

Their parents are originally from Mozambique but they they relocated to RSA in 1989 due to war,they also do not have ID.The boys were born and raised in RSA Limpopo but they are unable to get ID documents because their parents also have got no ID.

It pains me and breaks my heart to see the boys siting at home from 2017.The boys are intelligent and excelling in sciences.I humble request that the minister can intervene and assist this poor boys.
