Dear Minister

I would like to inform you that i have been dealing with a missing result since 2020.I was upgrading my maths and physics in 2020 but i only received my physics marks because they said my maths paper got lost.Now i need to make a combination certificate but i have been struggling since 2020 till today because the department has been giving me the run around.The department has failed me.I need help.I need to further my studies
