I wish to complain about the MASTERS OFFICE CAPE TOWN. My dad passed in 2021 and it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this office. The dysfunction is so monumental that one doesn't know what to do. My inheritance is locked up by gross incompetence and neglect of duty.
If the GNU can please address the country wide incompetence that is causing distress and pain where there shouldn't be. This office is basically cut itself off from the public it's meant to serve.
